Choosing the right venue

Once you have decided on the style of event, the major desicion will be the venue. Whether you are planning a 40th Birthday party, a wedding or a Christmas party, many hotels, restaurants, parks and even zoos have function rooms which will accommodate a varied number of guests. Your choice of venue may determine the style of your event. For example, a country barn will suit a rustic style of function whereas a large contemporary hotel will suit an elegant more formal style.

Our venue search service consists of locating 4 venues which complement the style of your event and are available on your specified date. We will gather all the relevant information pertaining to the venues and present them to you in a written report. The report will include the following:

• Is it within your budget
• Can you and your guests travel easily to the location
• Is there suitable accommodation nearby
• Can you have the type of entertainer you want
• Do you have to use their caterers
• Does the venue suit the style of event you want
• Photographs of the venues

If requested we will then visit the venues with you so that you can make a more informed choice. This service will incur an extra charge.
