Complete co-ordination
As each event is unique, an estimation of cost will be discussed in
detail once the initial free consultation meeting has been held.
The approximate price of our service is 15% of the total event cost.
This will vary depending on the size of the event and our level of
involvement. We will however try to reduce costs by negotiating with
suppliers.
A 50% deposit is payable once you decide to use our service.
Where do you begin?
Good planning is the key to ensure that your event is a success. Most
people have never had to organise an event before, but with our help
you can be organised and serene throughout the whole planning process
and relaxed and happy during your event.
Planning and designing an event takes time and dedication. From the
initial stages of researching themes, suppliers, venues to actually
bringing all the months of planning together.
Party Punch will design and plan your event to your specifications.
We offer a complete bespoke service which will produce an event as
unique as you are.
After an initial free consultation, we will produce a detailed report
of your requirements. If you are happy to proceed with our services
a contract will be drawn up to confirm this.
Once the contract has been signed a meeting will be arranged to go
over your requirements in more detail. Any services which are booked
for your event will have us as there point of contact throughout the
planning process. We will be available for follow up meetings to continually
review the progress and design.
